Satisfaction Guarantee
You must be completely delighted with our wines and other products. If not, please call us at 877.499.4637. We will arrange for a pickup of the un-used portion and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit or a refund. To ensure quality control and comply with legal requirements all bottles and contents must be saved for pickup.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible by phone 877.499.4637 or email customerservice@sunsetwineclub.com and clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product.
- Due to State and Federal laws, if for some reason you cannot return the contents, then you will receive a credit, refund or gift certificate if it is a gift. Please do not discard contents of the bottle if you plan to return for an exchange. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion for lab analysis purposes.
- Once we receive your return item(s) we will credit your original payment for the full purchase price and your replacement will be reshipped.
- If we need to replace a wine due to damage in transit, please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your customer service request for your replacement to arrive. Please help us deliver your order to the correct address by verifying delivery addresses carefully. Errors or changes in delivery instructions that incur additional charges will be passed on to you.
Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill.
Vintage Changes
Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with next available vintage.
Shipping Policies
The Sunset Wine Club can ship non-wine items to all 50 United States, but wine shipping laws vary from state to state. See our detailed shipping information page.
Credit Card Charges
Credit cards will be charged by Vintage Wine Estates, and local tax and shipping charges will be applied by region.

Vintage Wine Estates, as a licensed wine shipper, is responsible for all wine shipments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
