Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You may cancel the wine club membership at any time, and you are under no obligation to continue the club. However, we do ask that you contact us by the end of a month to avoid receiving the next month's shipment. In the case of gift memberships, you or your gift recipient is permitted to cancel the gift membership at any time. Any unused months will be refunded to your account. When will I receive the introductory pack?
This depends on what state you are shipping to. Please see our shipping chart for information about when to expect your order. Dates listed are from the day your order was placed. We ship out of Northern California.
These quotes are via UPS Ground, our standard delivery method. Expedited shipping is also available on our site. You will see the new quoted delivery time and freight charge on your order detail page when you choose this option. Please be advised that this only expedites the introductory pack deliveries, and not the monthly deliveries.

When will my gift recipient receive their first shipment?
Your gift recipient will receive their first shipment of wine at the time of the next automated Select Club shipment following their enrollment.

Can you delay my introductory shipment?
At this time we cannot delay introductory shipments. At Holiday time we do allow delay of gift shipments only to ship in mid-December. Please call 877-499-4637 to delay your Holiday gift shipment.

When will I receive my shipments?
The wine shipments leave our facilities between approximately the 15th and 20th of each month.

Why can't you ship to my state?
At this time, due to state alcohol shipment regulations, Vintage Wine Estates can only ship wine to 42 states. Please see our shipping page for a list of what state we can ship to. For shipping options to states not on our list, please call 877-499-4637.

Can I change the address the wine is being delivered to at any time?
Yes. You may change the address your shipment is going to at any time, as long as it is in a state we are legally allowed to ship to. Please see above for this state list. To change the address, click here to log-in and access your account. Please remember that you will need to change the address before the 10th of the month for it to take effect on the current month's shipment.

Can I change the credit card my membership is billed to each month?
Yes. You may change the card it is billing to at any time. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. To change the billing information, please call us at 877-499-4637.

Why do you recommend that the wine be shipped to a business address?
Due to the alcoholic content of our product, we require that there be an adult present at the time of delivery. We apply "Adult Signature Required" stickers on all our wine shipments to prevent minors from receiving our packages. By U.S. law, all couriers must receive an adult signature and ask for proof of legal drinking age before wine is released. UPS and FedEx will not leave packages unattended, even if the customer signs a release. Because of this, we also cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes or APOs.
If your monthly wine shipment is returned to us due to not being able to be delivered or signed for, we will automatically refund you the $34.95 plus any applicable taxes for that month when the shipment is received back into our warehouse.

Why am I taxed for out-of-state wine purchases?
By law, many states require that local sales tax be added to alcoholic beverages even if purchased outside of that state. In some states, alcohol may have its own tax rate which differs from the base sales tax rate.

Can I track my introductory and monthly orders?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive e-mail confirmation which will include your order number and details of your purchase. We also have an account management feature on our site where you can retrieve this information after your order has shipped. We also have an automated system that sends out an e-mail to you with your tracking number after your order ships. You may also request a tracking number by contacting our Customer Service department here.

What is your refund/return policy?
If you receive a corked or damaged shipment, please contact our customer service department here within 30 days of receipt and we will replace the bottle at no cost to you.
1. Please contact Vintage Wine Estates as soon as possible by phone 877.499.4637 or email webmaster@sunsetwineclub.com and clearly explain your dissatisfaction with the product.
2. Due to State and Federal laws, if for some reason you cannot return the contents, then you will receive a credit, refund or gift certificate if it is a gift. Please do not discard contents of the bottle if you plan to return for an exchange. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion for lab analysis purposes.
3. Once we receive your return item(s) we will credit your original payment for the full purchase price and your replacement will be reshipped.
4. If we need to replace a wine due to damage in transit, please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your customer service request for your replacement to arrive. Please help us deliver your order to the correct address by verifying delivery addresses carefully. Errors or changes in delivery instructions that incur additional charges will be passed on to you.
Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill.
