Where can I buy Celebration Weekend tickets?
In Advance Online:
You can securely purchase your tickets in advance until May 30th, at sunsetwineclub.com/cwtickets. After May 30th, all tickets purchased will be held at will call. You may also purchase tickets at the Box Office on the event days.

At the Box Office:
Located at Sunset Headquarters, 80 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025. The box office opens at 9:45 am on event days.

Where can I get my Wine Club Member Celebration Weekend tickets?
In Advance Online:
Active club members recive two complementary tickets to the event. Members can register online or call 877-499-4637 to register over the phone. Additional tickets can be purchased online.

At the Box Office:
Members should go to Will Call at the main box office to get their tickets. Located at Sunset Headquarters, 80 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025. The box office opens at 9:45 am on event days.

Are there limits on how many tickets I can buy?
No, there are no limits on the amount of tickets you can purchase in advance.

How do I get the $1 discount for parking at Facebook or riding my bike?
If you buy your tickets online, you cannot claim any other discount. Online sales gives you the convenience of not having to stand in line on the day of the event. The only way to get the $1 discount is to buy your tickets on-site. Please note that admission discounts cannot be combined.

How will I receive my Celebration Weekend tickets?
All tickets purchased before May 30th will be mailed to the shipping address you provide. Tickets purchased after May 30th will be held at will call under the name of the person who purchased them.

What if I don’t receive my tickets?
If you do not receive your tickets by May 30th, 2011 please call our customer service department at 877-499-4637. Be prepared with the confirmation number from your order. You will be given instructions on how to pick up your replacement tickets. Replacement tickets are held at will-call and can only be picked up by the credit card holder with the original credit card used in the purchase.

Are the tickets good for both days?
No, if you would like to purchase tickets for both Saturday and Sunday you will need to do so separately.

Do my kids need their own tickets, even if they’re under 12?
Yes, even though their tickets are free we do require they have one in hand to enter the event.

No, we do not provide refunds for unused tickets.

No, we apologize for the inconvenience but we do not permit pets at Celebration Weekend.

Do you offer student, AARP or AAA discounts?
We do not offer discounts to students or AAA members. Seniors are offered a ticket price that is $4 below general admission prices.
