You will see the new quoted delivery time and freight charge on your order detail page when you choose this option. Please be advised that this only expedites the introductory pack deliveries, and not the monthly deliveries.

Shipping Quantity Limitations:
NE, ND, TX: Only one case per person, per month
IA, MO, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, WV, VA: Only two cases per person, per month
ID, IN, NY: Only twenty-four cases per person, per year
GA, NV, VT: Only twelve cases per person, per year
MN, WY: Only two cases per person, per year
WI: Only three cases per person, per year
NH: Only five cases per address, per year
HI: Only six cases per person, per year
CT: Only two cases per person every 60 days
Delivery Notes:
- Wine cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
- Recipient must be 21 years or older.
- Adult Signature is required upon delivery.

Federal and State Regulations - ID's and Date of Birth
Currently, regulatory compliance with state and federal law requires us to keep a valid identification number or date of birth on file for you (driver's license, passport, or military identification number) as proof of your legal age. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you, and we promise you that this information will be kept strictly confidential.
Due to the alcoholic content of our product, we require that there be an adult present at the time of delivery. We apply "Adult Signature Required" stickers on all our wine shipments to prevent minors from receiving our packages. By U.S. law, all couriers must receive an adult signature and ask for proof of legal drinking age before wine is released. UPS and FedEx will not leave packages unattended, even if the customer signs a release. Because of this, we also cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes or APOs.
