Frisée, tangerine, and sesame salad

SERVES 4

Ingredients
3 tangerines
1 tsp. finely shredded fresh ginger
3 tbsp. fresh tangerine juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
Salt
Red onion
Frisée
Toasted sesame seeds
Pomegranate seeds

Directions
Finely shred zest from 1 tangerine and combine it with 1 tsp. finely shredded fresh ginger, 3 tbsp. fresh tangerine juice, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil, and salt to taste. Peel 3 tangerines and divide them into sections. Toss tangerine sections and their juice with a little thinly sliced red onion, some frisée torn into bite-size pieces, and the tangerine-ginger dressing. Add toasted sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds if you like. Serves 4.
